In the summer, the days of strong ultraviolet rays are repeated, and the stamina decreases. In addition, it is important to take care of health in the summer when the heat continues because immunity is lowered. Food poisoning is a disease that is highly likely to occur in summer due to reduced immunity. It is a disease suspected of being caused by microorganisms harmful to the human body or toxins produced by microorganisms. Symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain appear within a short period of time after eating contaminated food. In order to prevent food poisoning, it is necessary to thoroughly check the hygiene of food and kitchen as well as washing hands. If symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea due to food poisoning continue, it is recommended to supply enough fluids to prevent dehydration.

Second, you need to be careful with the air-conditioningitis. Air-conditioningitis is a symptom of mild colds and body aches due to continuous cooling in an enclosed space with poor ventilation in summer. Or, when the daytime temperature exceeds 30 degrees, if the body is frequently exposed to an environment with a temperature difference of 5 degrees or more, the body’s autonomic nervous system cannot adapt quickly and symptoms may occur. To prevent air-conditioningitis, set the air conditioner to an appropriate temperature of 22 to 26 degrees, and periodically ventilate the room. Stretching is also a good way to improve blood circulation.

As the rainy season overlapped with the hot weather, the temperature and humidity increased. However, at times like these, moderate exercise adds vitality to the body and mind. Even those who have been exercising regularly in the summer need to be careful. It is better to reduce the intensity and duration of exercise than usual. In summer, even if you exercise at the same intensity and for the same amount of time, your body temperature rises faster and you sweat a lot. Drinking plenty of water should prevent dehydration. It is difficult to do outdoor activities during the rainy season, so it is recommended to try home training while watching an exercise video at home.
