Hellooooo Everyonee!!! I’m Back with amazing news!! Because last week I just went to a
conference which was really cool! Especially if you are interested in getting more insights to the
Real Business World. So Last week Hanyang Business School held an event from Thursday, 2nd
November 2023 up to Saturday, 4th November 2023.
They invited a lot of amazing speakers from different fields of Industry. I happened to visit 1 of
the sessions, which was on Thursday at 1 o’clock. The speaker was the CEO of a lot of huge
company which named Lee Yong Sik who runs 6 companies at the moment such as 휴코넷,
Samjin GS, Food Planet, KOPAS, HI-Logis, and 동부 Logis.
He told us about his history and journey himself and also the history of each company and how
they are running the company until now. He showed us how one of his companies operated
fully by machine, from the inventory checking, wrapping / packing stage, to the delivery stage.
Not only operate within 1 level of building but the machinery may operate throughout more
than 1 level of building. He also mentioned his company Food Planet which produces foods for
convenience stores such as CU and manages 10 tons of rice on a daily basis.
He also gave us some motivation one of the most memorable for me is “ Nothing is free” which
means that everything that we wanna earn cannot be directly owned by anyone but we need to
put effort and hard work into it in order to achieve our own goals.
How was it?!! Sounds so interesting right?!! I will inform you guys if there is any conference held
in Hanyang like this again !! See you next week BYE !!!
