Drrrring! Drrrring!
Where I’m from, the sound of the school bell is what we are used to hearing to signify the start of a new class or semester but it’s different when it comes to university.
Here at Hanyang University, there are no bell or ding sounds to signify a new semester, but people filling the walkways to class, the sound of people talking while waiting for their order at Hanyang Plaza, and the rows of people waiting to use the elevator is close enough.
As the summer breeze slowly transitions into the autumn air, the semester seems hopeful. Although I have an almost full week schedule, I aim to try to balance my academics alongside my social life. It won’t be an easy challenge, but hey what’s life without challenging challenges.

I am looking forward to be a part of MYHUBS reporters and I hope to be of great service and provide the necessary insight as an international student going through the Korean university experience. I hope you guys enjoy the silly little stories and the know-hows that I am willing to share.
